Para hacer estas galletas he puesto azúcares de colores en dos platos: sanding sugar azúl claro y azúcar grueso azúl oscuro. He delineado las letras con glasa para escribir blanca y les he enganchado el azúcar presionándolas contra el plato de azúcar.
Como el azúcar más finito se enganchaba en toda la galleta, con un pincel he sacado todo alrededor de la letra. El poco azúcar que quedaba enganchado en el centro lo he dejado para que diera sensación de estar coloreado.
Cookie cutters: Letras de Fred&Friends + corazón (si no se tuvieran las letras, también se pueden usar rectángulos y cuadrádos y escribirlas con icing)

It's great to be away on vacation and travelling from one place to another... I love it! But after some time, going home is also great!
To make these cookies I put color sugars in two plates: light blue sanding sugar and thick blue sugar. I outlined the leters with white royal icing and added the sugar by pressing the cookies onto the plate before they dried.
Since the sanding sugar got stuck on the cookie, with a brush I took of the excess around the letter. I decided to leave the little sugar that attached in the letter so they would stand out a bit more.
Cookie cutters used: Press Leters from Fred&Friends + heart (if you do not have letters, you can also use rectangles and squares and write them with icing)
