Winter is coming

En Barcelona, el frío ha venido de golpe... y con él, las ganas y la mentalidad de Navidad!

Así que el otro día me lancé a probar de hacer estas galletas con copos de nieve. Muy sencillas de hacer y bonitas.

Para hacerlas y evitar que se deformaran,
1. corté círculos grandes y los puse sobre la bandeja del horno
2. Allí, corté los copos de nieve de las galletas para que mantuvieran mejor su forma.
3. Finalmente las espolvoreé con azúcar grueso perlado.

Cookie cutter: Círculo + Círculo ondulado + Copo de nieve

Estas galletas, podrían colgarse del árbol con una cinta. Serían puramente decorativas pero podrían quedar muy bien :)

Cold has come almost by surprise here in Barcelona... and with it, the Christmas mood too!

So the other day I decided to try to make these cookies with snowflakes. Very simple to make and eyecatching.

To make them and avoid them from losing their shape while taking them from the table to the oven tray, I did the following:
1. I cut the circles and placed these on the oven tray
2. On the oven tray, I cut the snowflakes out of the cookies
3. Finally I sprinkled some pearl white sugar to give them a little twinkle


These cookies could be used to decorate your Christmas tree if you put some string or bowk through it. They would only be decorative but I'm sure they would look great.

Cookie cutters used: Circle + Wavy circle + Snowflake
